Study: Evaluation Creative
Europe (2021-2027)
We elaborated the study on the Early
Implementation of the Creative Europe Programme
2021-2027 on behalf of the Think Tank of the
European Parliament. We explored the
achievements so far and provide recommendations
related to some areas of attention.
Especially the recognition by EU policies outside of
culture for Creative Europe as a programme which
has the potential to provide substantial cross-
sectoral added value seems not to be fully
developed.
